As a graduate or law student, you may be eligible to petition for in-state residency for Summer 2026, provided you established physical presence in Colorado on or before May 3, 2025, and take the necessary steps to establish legal ties by the time periods outlined below.

Following what we've done in previous semesters, we'll be running the PERC process in batch for summer and fall according to the schedule below.
