National Pan-Hellenic Council Intake

The intake process of joining a National Pan-Hellenic Council chapter is a special experience where prospective members can learn about the history, traditions and expectations of each organization.ÌýÌý

National Pan-Hellenic Council organizations are city and statewide, with organizations recruiting members from different campuses in Colorado. Chapters have both graduate and undergraduate opportunities, so if you don’t join during your undergraduate program, you can still join after graduation!ÌýÌý

Things to consider before applying

As you learn about the different chapters, we encourage students to think about the three S’s:Ìý

ÌýÌýSave money: Understand that joining a fraternity or sorority is a financial commitment and you may need to account for costs during your membership.

ÌýÌýServe your community: Participate in community service and giving back—this is something that many organizations seek in potential new members.Ìý

ÌýÌýSucceed in the classroom: Many organizations have academic standards they look for in potential new members and hold their current members accountable to.Ìý
