The Student Handbook is designed to orient you to CU СÀ¶ÊÓÆµÌýas you begin your summer experience. It contains information about on-campus student resources and policies, as well as university portals and access requirements. Read this information carefully to help you transition into the community.

Remember there are many people available at CU СÀ¶ÊÓÆµ to answer your questions and help you find the academic and personal path that is right for you. If you do not find the information you need in this section, we encourage you to contact summerinfo@colorado.edu.Ìý

The Buff OneCard is your official student ID. It is official verification that you are eligible for student privileges. Regularly enrolled students receive their first Buff OneCard as part of their student fees. Registered non-degree students may purchase a Buff OneCard for $30.Ìý

An IdentiKey is automatically assigned to all incoming degree and non-degree students. It consists of your CU СÀ¶ÊÓÆµ login name and IdentiKey password, and provides you with access to the university's online services. It must be activated through before use.

CU СÀ¶ÊÓÆµ is committed to providing timely warnings and/or emergency notifications to the campus community. Serious threats that could warrant text message alerts include severe weather, campus operating statusÌýand imminent dangers affecting our campus community.

Email is an official means of communication between students and CU СÀ¶ÊÓÆµ administrators and faculty. Students are expected to check the messages sent to their on a regular basis. Once summer classes begin, all mailings related to summer (except for bills) will be sent to your CU СÀ¶ÊÓÆµ emailÌýaccount.
